Website & Program Terms
By accessing CheetahCyber.com or enrolling in a Cheetah Cyber program, you agree to these terms together with any separate enrollment agreement provided to you.
Program
The Cheetah Cyber cybersecurity program is designed as a 20-week / five-month live online program. The planned first cohort begins October 1, 2026. Regular classes are planned Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Pacific Time.
Curriculum, instructors, tools, labs, dates, or schedules may be modified when reasonably necessary for educational, technical, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
Tuition
Standard tuition is $1,499. Students who pay the full tuition in one payment may be offered a discounted price of $1,299. Any payment-plan terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
Enrollment
Submitting an email inquiry does not guarantee admission or enrollment. Enrollment is complete only after Cheetah Cyber confirms acceptance and all required enrollment and payment requirements are satisfied.
Cancellation and Refunds
Except where cancellation, refund, or other rights are required by applicable law, tuition and fees are intended to be non-refundable after enrollment and commencement of the program.
Any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived will control over any conflicting website statement or agreement provision. Students should review all enrollment documents carefully before making payment.
Attendance and Participation
Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments and labs, participating appropriately, and maintaining the computer equipment and internet access needed for online instruction. Failure to attend or participate does not automatically cancel enrollment or create a refund right except where required by law.
Authorized Cybersecurity Use
Cybersecurity tools, techniques, demonstrations, and exercises are provided solely for lawful educational purposes. Students may perform security testing only on systems they own and are authorized to test, Cheetah Cyber-approved training environments, or systems for which they have explicit authorization.
Unauthorized access, exploitation, scanning, disruption, credential use, or testing is prohibited and may result in removal from the program.
Certifications
Cheetah Cyber may provide preparation for certifications such as CompTIA Security+. Unless expressly stated otherwise, certification examination fees are separate and completion of the Cheetah Cyber program does not itself grant an industry certification.
Career Support and Employment
Cheetah Cyber may provide resume assistance, LinkedIn guidance, portfolio support, mock interviews, and career-roadmap guidance. Cheetah Cyber does not guarantee employment, interviews, salary, promotion, certification results, or acceptance by any employer.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, website content, branding, graphics, presentations, and curriculum materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Students may use course materials for personal educational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
Class Recordings
Cheetah Cyber may record online sessions for educational, review, quality, or operational purposes. Students may not independently record, publish, distribute, or share classes or recordings without written authorization.
Website Information
We attempt to keep website information accurate and current but do not warrant that every statement is always complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cheetah Cyber will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or participation in training. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California and the United States.
Changes
Cheetah Cyber may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on CheetahCyber.com with a revised effective date.
